This showstopping sculpture seems to defy gravity, with ethereal entwined loops of natural mother of pearl atop a white marble base.  The mosaic laid squares of shell have the natural color and beauty intrinsic to mother of pearl, with tones of rose, cream, ivory, and beige that have a beautiful iridescence in the sunlight.  The open design adds light and space to a room and allows the wall (or the sunlight) to come through.  Beautiful on a console table, pedestal, or even a desk.
