What are the conditions?  Here's the fine print:

1. My Swanky Home will match any price from any competing website for the exact item for a period of up to seven days from the original order date.  We do not price match with local retail stores or showrooms, wholesale sellers, or online auctions sites such as eBay.

2. The item must be the exact same item, from the same manufacturer, and not a look-alike or knockoff.

3. My Swanky Home will review all competitor fees and charges involved with placing the order to include (but not limited to) shipping costs, restocking fees, and return restrictions..

4. Due to Minimum Advertised Pricing policies set by certain manufacturers, My Swanky Home may not be able to match pricing of certain items.
